Sarah Morris is a registered veterinary technician who began her post-secondary education at UPEI in the pre-vet program before returning home to Nova Scotia and transferring to Dalhousie’s Agricultural Campus. She then finished her Bachelor of Science degree majoring in Animal Science in 2018 before entering the vet tech program and graduating again in 2020.
Since graduating, she has been working in small animal practices where she has been able to continue learning and improving her skills while growing her confidence as a tech.
Having moved back home after finishing school, she has since moved back to Truro, where she lives with her sister and their zoo consisting of 8 pets (6 of which belong to Sarah). Their furry friends include 5 cats: Phineas, Ferb, Freya, Fergus, and Flynn (try saying that 5 times fast) and 3 dogs: Finley Rose being the newest addition, an adorable Husky mix, and Kili a chocolate lab and Nori and German Shepherd Mix (both of whom are technically her furry nieces).
In her spare time, Sarah enjoys reading, playing video games, watching movies (Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, and most Marvel movies being go-tos), and spending time outside with her pup Finley.
Sarah enjoys being busy and helping as many beloved pets as possible ,and is excited to help bring urgent care to Truro!
