Dr. Geneviève Clark is a small animal veterinarian who grew up, and continues to live, in a rural community just outside Truro, Nova Scotia.
She developed a love for animals from a young age, even though she didn’t have any of her own until she adopted her first cat at the age of sixteen. From there her passion for animals grew and led her to earn a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science from the Nova Scotia Agricultural College (NSAC) in 2013. She then went on to complete her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine at the Atlantic Veterinary College (AVC) in 2017.
Dr. Clark has spent the last eight years practicing as a veterinarian here in Nova Scotia and has developed areas of interest in nutrition, dental care, and ocular health in both cats and dogs.
She shares her home with a crew of animal companions, including three retired teaching beagles from AVC, four cats, and multiple aquariums each housing a single Betta fish. She also co-owns a palomino Quarter Horse mare with her friend and colleague, Dr. Stewart!
